About Me:
Myself, and my Partner, Michael Poole Head up a small group of filmmakers working as Blownapart Studios. We are on the road to larger budget feature films and are hoping to pick up a little work along the way to keep the bills paid, juices flowing, and the kids fed. We have spent the last year working on a documentary style project following portrait Photographer Mark Behrens (lookpw.com) as he teaches the fundamental basics of lighting photography. "Hey Guy's thanks for the nice comments. @I-5 The opening shot was speed warped in AE to about a 240fps equivalent. The rest was shot at 60 and dropped to 24p in Premiere. One of the things we learned on some of our previous jobs was that if you ramp hard just before the slowdown, it slams your brain and makes you think that it is slower than it really is. Its one of my favorite affects. Most of this was shot at the 7mm end of a Lumix 7-14. The extreme wide angle makes those ..."
